2Design & Scope of Work Development

For larger projects, we recommend engaging us in a Design Build Contract. For smaller projects, we move right to a Retainer Agreement.

    Design-Build Agreement for additions, sunrooms, porches. Our Design-Build Agreement is a non-binding first step to validate both a design and budget for your project.

    • Designs, including exterior elevations, schematic plans, and can include 3-D overviews, site plan evaluations

    Design Retainer for smaller design projects/interior remodels, this retainer is non-refundable and is credited to your construction contract.

3Construction Contract

    Your project is considered complete when we completed the plans and have met your final inspection. Our final draw is due once the project is complete. That jump-starts our comprehensive one-year full warranty on materials and labor.
